“I moved from Illinois to Texas last year and rented this apartment only by looking at the website and speaking with the office. I have a very good location it is a second floor corner apartment. The few times I have needed to call maintenance they came quickly. The pool and laundry room are very clean. The landscaping is very well kept.”
“It is an OK place to leave. The area is surrounded by good schools and some grocery shopping stores and restaurants which are in walk in distant. The apartment management is very slow on fixing things and since its a old building, every things are breaking constantly. Energy bill is high here due to building maintenance issues such as having big gaps on doors and windows. Rent is very high compare to other neighborhood near by newer apartments.”
